Specializing in:

CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

We started out creating custom "static" websites, but since have branched into CMS (Content Management System) websites.  Specifically we use Joomla as the backbone to site development (Learn more about Joomla here).

Hosting

We provide a simple hosting solution for our customers who do not want the headache of finding hosting on their own.  This can be a daunting task given the enormous offering available today!  For those who desire to secure their own hosting solution, we direct our customers to research hosting providers by following this link to Consumer Rankings.

What about free websites?

There are so many websites offering you to build your own free website.  Here's what you can expect... Free website offers will get you a free website that must be designed by YOU!  FreeThey offer a wysiwyg ('what you see is what you get') editor that is fairly simple to use.  However, without an eye for design or experience with how to design, it can make for a very cluttered or otherwise "eye-unfriendly" look.  Also, in most cases, you will not get a custom domain name for free...what does that mean?  Well look at this cupcake website (which is a very good website for cupcake recipes) and you'll notice that the url has an extension of ".yolasite.com".

What is CMS?

A content management system is software that keeps track of every piece of content on your Web site, much like your local public library keeps track of books and stores them. Content can be simple text, photos, music, video, documents, or just about anything you can think of. A major advantage of using a CMS is that it requires almost no technical skill or knowledge to manage. Since the CMS manages all your content, you don't have to.

What does a CMS look like?

Take a look at our Portfolio page for some examples of a Joomla CMS website!
